By accessing or using this website, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

No legal advice

The information on this website is for general purposes only. It is not legal advice and should not be relied on for any specific legal matter. Reading this website does not create a lawyer-client relationship between you and Kathryn Meyer Law PC.

Who we are

Kathryn Meyer Law PC is a professional corporation with its office at 211 N. Union St, Suite 100, Alexandria, VA 22314. Its practice is federal tax law: matters before the IRS and the federal courts that hear tax cases. Kathryn A. Meyer is licensed in California and admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court.

When a lawyer-client relationship is created

A lawyer-client relationship is only established once we have agreed in writing to represent you and you have signed an engagement agreement. Submitting a form, calling our office, or speaking with us in a consultation does not, by itself, create a lawyer-client relationship.

Confidentiality of inquiries

While no lawyer-client relationship is formed until an engagement agreement is signed, we treat the information you share through our intake process as confidential.

No promise of outcome

Past results referenced anywhere on this site are not a promise of similar outcomes. Every legal matter is unique and depends on its own facts and circumstances.
